We offer a variety of supportive services to veterans (including National Guard or Reserves), depending on eligibility including, but not limited to:

Connection to health and wellness resources
Help accessing shelter/short-term residential programs
Individualized housing case management services
Temporary financial assistance
Homelessness prevention services
Access to legal assistance
Benefits advocacy
Tenant education courses
Assistance in accessing VA services
Childcare resources
Connection to disability increase advocation
Assistance with discharge status upgrade
Transition Projects is CARF® International Accredited

Portland Veterans Resource & Wellness Fair
The Portland Veterans Resource & Wellness Fair – honors and supports Veterans, many of whom are often either experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. People who have served in the military access essential supportive resources and services, employment, and connections to local, state, and federal support.
