Overview | 2025 IMPACT Gala
Join us for the Transition Projects 2025 IMPACT Gala, March 15 at the Portland Art Museum. The evening celebration showcases the IMPACT of community support for people experiencing homelessness as they have made their way home for more than five decades. Join Transition Projects’ board members, community supporters and leaders, businesses, and corporations – all coming together to make a difference at this critically important event. This stellar evening will present the IMPACTful work of Transition Projects guiding and supporting our most vulnerable neighbors who in housing are embracing life by regaining their stability, health, employment, and flourishing across our community. Because everyone deserves to have hope and a roof over their head!
As we celebrate this crucial work, we will be focusing on stories of success marking journeys of transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Please consider supporting the event and honoring the life saving and life-changing programs and services provided by Transition Projects. This year’s event will include a delicious 3-course dinner created by Art of Catering and complemented by outstanding Oregon wines; an exciting live auction offering the best in travel, culinary and regional experiences, exciting entertainment, and so much more. To top off the evening you will hear the inspiring voices of those who have successfully moved from homelessness to housing and are moving forward with their lives with hope as they create their future.
About | Transition Projects
Transition Projects exists to help those experiencing homelessness transition successfully into permanent housing. With more than 55 years of experience providing shelter, housing, and supportive services for very low-income people, the agency is recognized for its work with veterans, women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, people who are disabled, and other highly vulnerable groups. The agency operates out of 14 locations throughout the Portland metro area. These sites enable our team of over 350 staff to assist 10,000 people each year through programs designed to help people experiencing homelessness survive the streets, meet their basic needs, find housing, and retain their housing.
